What are your expectations for top notch customer service?

We strive to make sure all your needs are met, starting with the friendly voice that answers the phone.

Your call to us starts the relationship that we all look for.  Our goal is to make sure that the phones are answered immediately.  The first friendly voice that you hear is normally Barb who always answers the phones with a smile.

The next person would be Sue, our newest member and works in Accounts Payable.  Rebecca and Lindsey, our Customer Service Representatives would be next in line.  

Having several people available to answer the phones always guarantees your call will be answered in a timely manner.

Once we have answered, it is important that we make sure you are directed to the correct person.  We understand your time is valuable and we want you to know that your order, concern or question is being answered.

If placing an order, we will let you know if it can ship immediately and if not, give you an estimated ship date.  With our new computer system, we can see if products are finished or in the raw state and give you a time frame.

If there is a new project you are working on, we have people to help you with that.  We take that from the inquiry stage, to quoting and if the order is placed, watching it from start to finish.
