Split rings are a very important part of your product. You want the rings to snap back and not stay open. With the large variety of sizes and materials that we offer, we have been able to determine the best way to make rings so that you do not have the problem of the ring staying open. We have available 34 different sizes, types and finishes. The rings range from standard gauge, fine gauge, heavy and oval rings. The difference between the standard, fine and heavy is the wire diameter. The fine is the lightest wire diameter, then the standard and then the heaviest diameter is used on the heavy rings. Finishes available range from polish brass (brass material), nickel plated brass, stainless steel, nickel or zinc plated steel.

We offer an endless variety of Spoons and Spinner blades. From the ever popular casting spoons, in brass and steel to the 6 sizes of Trolling spoons. Within the Colorado, Indiana and Willow blades, we offer brass, steel, the Aspen Colorado’s, Badger blades and Deep Cup Aspen’s. All these styles and sizes are available in plain brass (not burnished), polish brass, polish brass lacquer, nickel, gold, painted and pad printed. Our other blades range from Fluted, French, In-line, Swing, and Olympic to the heavier Magnum Indiana blades.  Newer styles that we offer are the Serrated, TurboProp and Whiptail blades. Don’t forget the Ice blades, June Bugs, Propeller blades, Ripple, Brass Rig Rudder, Buzzer and Roto blades. All our blades are available in different sizes and finishes.  Our blades are made from high quality non-corrosion brass and from quality steel with our nickel mirror finish.

For that decorative look and a bit of weight, we offer a wide selection of solid brass beads; hollow metal beads, round; oval and tear drop fluorescent plastic beadsIf you are finding that you need something heavier than the beads or more of a spacer, we offer 19 different styles of lure bodies in both nickel and polish brass finishes.

For over 70 years we have been providing the fishing tackle industry with millions of clevises a year. There are 4 different styles with multiple sizes available. All are available in polish brass and nickel finish. Want to add that exact spin to your spinnerbait? Check out our ball bearing swivel. The special stem design reduces friction and lock-up. We recommend using our size #2 ½ split ring, as this ring was made specifically for the swivel for perfect balance and performance.

We have expanded our line of wire forms. Now available are Buzzbait, Spinnerbait, Straight Shafts, Type A & B, Coil Spring fasteners and Figure 8 wire forms. There are many lengths and wire diameters available and all items are made from stainless steel wire for corrosion and rust protection.

We have designed and built many different types of machinery. For split rings we have our fully automated split ring machine. This machine can accommodate sizes 2 ½, 3, 4, 5, and 6 fine split rings. This machine was designed to help eliminate fatigue and harmful rotary wrist movement.
The heavyweight split ring machine was designed to help with the bigger and harder to open split rings. Rings are manually placed in the machine, which then opens and rotates the ring around the part to be assembled. The Model 85 Wire Shaft Forming machine makes a Type A wire form automatically. You simply insert a straight wire, press the foot pedal, and you have a finished eyelet within seconds. You are able to include a split ring or swivel with the eyelet before forming.

If you are working with the split rings by hand, take a look at our Fisherman Split ring pliers for the smaller rings and the Industrial Split ring pliers for larger rings.

Another option for wire forms is the Industrial Wire Former. This is a hand-operated machine and has the flexibility of creating a variety of wire shaft configurations, such as; end-eyelets, spring-lock shafts, buzz bait forms, spinnerbait forms, jig spinners, center-shaft twists, and a variety of specialized kinks and bends. If you have a special item that you need made, please send us a drawing or sample and we will work up a quote. We are a fully equipped factory that has the capability and machinery to make just about any part you need.

All products and machinery are made in our facility in Stevens Point, WI USA.
